Founded in 1840, the Ets. E.FALLOT have relaunched the cultivation of mustard seeds in Burgundy.

They have thus created a new appellation "mustard of burgundy" which guarantees that all the ingredients which compose it are of Burgundian origin. Here offered in a decorated stoneware pot. 

Composition: Water, mustard seeds from Burgundy, white wine Burgundy aligoté 16.3%, salt, acidifier: citric acid, antioxidant: potassium disulfite, spices.
