Since 1818, this porcelain maker   is one of the last to make his own porcelain pastes himself.

This bistro model created in the 1920s was produced at the request of a restaurant owner who had the idea of including the menu on these plates. Three cooking times are necessary to make this plate impervious to scratches or wear.
