Sardines

7,90€

It was in 1824 that the first fish cannery was created in Bordeaux. Charles Désiré Rödel was entrusted with the management.

The first preserves were originally intended only for captains of ships.

As soon as the peach returns to Concarneau, the sardines are sorted then fried in a bath at 250 ° C and then drained for a long time.

The fish used are never frozen. The sardines will then be carefully stored in staggered rows in the traditional small iron box, ensuring the good aging of the sardines over time.

Total net weight: 115 g
